James heads up the real estate investors team in our Cardiff office. Key clients are Legal and General, AXA, SEGRO, Annington Homes, The Local Shopping REIT and two major corporate occupier pension funds. The team undertakes a wide range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, estate management work, joint ventures and developments.
James also has a particular focus advising on the real estate elements of energy infrastructure projects including gas fired power stations, on and offshore wind farms and other power projects. He is property client partner for Centrica Plc advising on all UK real estate matters across the Centrica estate.
